Kestrel Manor Primary School

The aim of the Primary Section is to prepare pupils to discover and apply knowledge. Teachers are entrusted with the task of helping pupils in their critical and creative thinking in developing their talents, skills and characters. We hope to enable these citizens of tomorrow become responsible contributors to the world community.

The curriculum is consistent with the requirements of the British National Curriculum.

The   primary section consists of classes’ year 1-6

• Key stage   1    year 1 -2
• Key stage   2    year 3 -6

We offer the British National Curriculum which is adapted to meet the needs of our students. We offer Key stage 1 and 2 to our Primary school students. We offer English, Mathematics, Science, Geography, History, Art and Design, Information Technology, Music and Life skills. At the end of Year 6, students sit for the Edexcel Primary Curriculum awards in Maths,  Commerce/Economics, English and Science.

The British National Curriculum enables students to respond positively to the many challenges and responsibilities facing them. It prepares students for the next step in secondary education.
